Bacon-Cheese-Onion Dip


(From The American Gourmet Collection Cookbook)

1 5-ounce jar Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread
2 slices Bacon, crisply fried and crumbled
1/2 cup Sour Cream
2 tablespoons dried Minced Onion
1/8 teaspoon Chili Powder

1. In a small bowl, blend all ingredients together.
2. Chill thoroughly, store in refrigerator. Blend in a little milk immediately before serving to “lighten” the dip.
Yield: About 1-1/2 cups.
